Where are Direct Hit Depot targets made?

Our targets are manufactured in the United States, at our shop in Wooster, Ohio.

What do I need to set up my new target?

Our targets can slide into softer ground easily, but if you're using them on harder ground you'll need a trowel, shovel, or other digging tool to get the holes started. A small garden shovel, like the one pictured, works pretty well.

Shipping

How can I track my target shipment?

When placing an order, you'll receive an order tracking link in your order confirmation e-mail. You can also sign into our website using the same email you placed the order with, and your orders will show up on your account page.

When will my targets ship?

Our targets ship out within 2 business days of being ordered, and will arrive after 3-4 days of shipping.

Where will my targets ship from?

Direct Hit Depot is based out of Wooster, Ohio, and all orders will ship to you from there.

Returns

Can I return my targets?

If you wish to return unused targets, you may do so within 15 days of receiving them. Used targets and unused targets past the 15 day mark cannot be returned.
In order to begin your return:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@directhitdepot.com or call 330-262-0712 to start your return.
  2. Return Authorization: You’ll get a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Send unused targets with the Return Authorization Number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
