Refund policy

RETURNS
We accept returns for unused targets only. Used targets are non-returnable. If only part of a pack is used, the remaining unused targets can be returned.

RETURN WINDOW
Initiate returns within 15 days of receiving your product.

 

PROCESS

1. Contact Us: Email info@directhitdepot.com or call 330-262-0712 to start your return.
   
2. Return Authorization: You’ll get a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
   
3. Ship Back: Send unused targets with the Return Authorization Number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
   

 

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after inspection, excluding original shipping fees. Allow up to 7 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE
Used targets and returns outside the 15-day window.
